Basic Warranty Program

The basic warranty program is included with the purchase of the Interact base unit. It covers all hardware and software included in the standard configuration Interact base unit. The basic warranty also includes software upgrades available for unit for a period of one full year from date of purchase. The Interact basic warranty does not cover any peripheral equipment that was purchased with the Interact base unit, i.e. camera, speakers, microphone, stands, displays, etc. Those items will be subject to the terms of their manufacturer warranties. Extended Warranty Program

Lodestone Pacific offers an extended warranty program that extends the basic warranty coverage for a period of one or two additional years. The extended warranty covers all hardware and software included in the standard configuration Interact base unit. The extended warranty includes software upgrades available for the extended period. The extended warranty option must be purchased at the time the original order for the base unit is placed. The Interact extended warranty does not cover any peripheral equipment that was purchased with the Interact base unit, those items will be subject to the terms of their manufacturer warranties. The Interact extended warranty provides prepaid return freight for any item returned to Interact for a qualified warrantable repair during the period covered by the warranty.
