Lodestone Pacific has developed a line of anti-static parts trays for
the magnetics industry.
:AVAILABILITY:
The standard trays are available from stock. There is no tooling charge for the standard tray. Samples of these standard trays ship the next day for customer evaluation.
:PRICE:
All standard trays are the same price regardless of the number of cavities. This means that the price per cavity of a 100 cavities is half that of a 50 cavity tray. Keep in mind that 1000 trays with 100 cavities is enough for 100,000 parts.
:MATERIAL:
The trays are formed from clear PVC, and are anti-static to EIA-541. The material will tolerate up to 230°F.

:STACKING AND NESTING:
This entire series of standard trays are designed to nest within each other to save space during storage. When turned 180°, the trays stack to protect the contents of each tray from the trays above. Optional PVC cover TY1000-A is sold separately and can be used with each tray or used on the top of a stack of trays.
