Custom trays
Lodestone Pacific has developed a line of anti-static parts trays for the magnetics industry.
The trays are normally molded in .020 inch thick PVC, anti-static to EIA-541. This PVC will tolerate 230°F. There is a higher temperature material available, but will require a quote based on the number of trays required. We can also form these trays in High Impact Styrene (HIPS).
Custom trays
We can create a custom cavity size and array within our standard 8.75 by 11.75 inches tray, for a modest tooling charge. For a tray with a different outside dimension, the tooling charge is higher. Please contact Lodestone Pacific for a quote on your specific application.
The title block in each standard tray can be customized, for example, with a customer's name and/or part number. Please contact Lodestone Pacific for a quote of your re-quirements.
