It's mission is to strengthen Electrical and Electronic technology with the exchange of information in the Asia-Pacific Region including China, hong Kong, Japan, Korea & South East Asia. The Association is designed to provide information about management, HR, technical issues, safety standards, import/export regulations, compliance and technical trends relebant to the worldwide industry.
 
Acitivities include:
  • Dialogue with safety and regulatory agencies such as JIS, VDE, UL, CSA and Regional Environmental Agencies and international standards setting bodies such as the IEC and ISO.
  • Compile, organize, and disseminate industry data.
  • Monitor and present industry trends at meetings, technical seminars and trade shows held in the Asia-Pacific Region with special emphasis on Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea & South Asia
  • Provide other services to support and strengthen its members' business prospects.
  • Exchange and provide Credit Information for the Material Supplier members.
